Getting Started

Q: How do I get started with FocusDrive?

A: The app needs location permissions and uses 10 free journeys. After setup, select a destination and start a journey.

Q: Does the app use data while I'm not using it?

A: No. Location is used only when the app is open.

Q: Can I use the app without location services?

A: Location is required for routing and journeys. You can grant “When in Use” permission only.

Premium Subscriptions

Q: What do Premium subscriptions include?

A: Access to unlimited journey sessions and all Premium features.

Q: What's the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?

  • Monthly: Automatically renews each month
  • Lifetime: One-time purchase with unlimited access

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the App Store app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your profile picture at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "FocusDrive"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel?

A: Refunds are managed through the App Store per Apple’s policies. Email us with your purchase details for assistance.

Q: How do I restore my purchases?

A: In the app, go to Settings → About → tap “Restore Purchases.” Or access the Pro Plan view, then tap “Restore Purchases.”

Q: I subscribed but still see usage limits

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Restore purchases (Settings → Restore Purchases)
  3. Restart the app
  4. Contact support if needed

Technical Issues

Q: The app keeps asking for location access

  1. iOS Settings → FocusDrive → Location → select “While Using the App”
  2. Restart the app

Q: My location appears inaccurate

  1. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services is on
  2. Grant “Precise Location” access

  1. Ensure a stable internet connection
  2. Try a shorter distance or different destination

Q: Weather information not displaying

A: This is optional and can be intermittent due to third-party API constraints.

Free Journeys

Q: How many free journeys do I get?
A: 10 free journeys on first install.

Q: What happens after I use all 10?
A: Subscribe to continue or wait for updates that may add more.

Q: Can I reset my usage count?
A: Free journeys cannot be reset. Subscribe for unlimited access.

Q: Do free journeys expire?
A: No.


Troubleshooting

Location Issues
